"What does your community look like when you're proud to call it 'yours,’ even (and especially) on the days when you have to set boundaries, repair rifts, quell bad blood, or heal, not just amongst INDIVIDUALS OR one family, but as a community?"

This question invites:

  • Ownership (yours/ours, not theirs)

  • The hard parts (boundaries, rifts, healing)

  • Collective responsibility (not just individual success)

  • Pride in building, not just fixing
